General Shipping Information
We require an actual street address (instead of a post office box) in order to guarantee delivery.
Same day processing can be guaranteed for orders that are submitted by 12:00 pm CDT/CST.
Shipping Days are Monday through Friday and do not include Saturday and Sunday or holidays. Delayed deliveries due to inclement weather are beyond our control.
ALASKA and HAWAII
3rd Day shipping is NOT available for Alaska and Hawaii.
APO/FPO Addresses
APO and FPO addresses will be shipped through the US Postal Service as Certified Priority Mail.
International Customers
Prepayment is required including shipping costs for the products ordered. Payment methods include check, credit card, money order, or draft against a U.S bank. A $25.00 bank processing fee will be added for electronic funds transfer (EFT).

Return Policy
Customers
- Items must be returned within 30 days of invoice date
- Items must be in resalable condition with shrink wrap in place
- Include a copy of the invoice
- Include an explanation for the return
- Items must be shipped via UPS at customer expense
Old editions
- Old editions cannot be returned
Bookstores
- Item must be in resalable condition with shrink wrap in place
- a 15% restock fee will be applied to the return

Old editions
- Can not be returned after 6 months of new edition release date
